Seduction and glamor are the key words of aesthetics that do not go unnoticed in the new collection by designer Nicola Brognano, creative director of Blumarine, a brand founded in the late 70s by Anna Molinari and Gianpaolo Tarabini very much in vogue between the late 90s and the early 2000.
Today the Italian brand part of the Italian Eccellenze Italiane, which is headed by Marchi, founder of Liu Jo, returns sensual and seductive thanks also to the aesthetics of Brognano.
The inspo of the 2000s and a completely new femininity guide the style of the young Calabrian designer, graduated from Marangoni, who was able to reconcile the heritage of the brand founded in the late 70s by Anna Molinari with a modern, fresh, seductive sprint that it has already conquered many celebrities such as Kendall Jenner, Elodie, Rihanna, Malika Elmaslouhi e Susie Bubble.

The result is an autumn / winter 2022 2023 collection that rides the wave of 90s trends. Mini lengths, drapes, bold necklines and catsuits. The return to cropped knitwear, sparkling belts and pastel mashup colors with the most iridescent metallic pinks, reds and greens and the irreplaceable animalier pattern; the must-have accessories of the season are the furry style bag and the belt with the maxi ‘B’ gold.
The dress code is a Great Gatsby revisited in an Euphoria key, colorful even a little excessive. Maxi crewneck bijoux, large coats in faux fur replace the natural colors of animal hair with neon shades perfect for dancing, from cherry red to electric blue. Not only minidresses, but also cargo pants and sparkling tops, because Brognano starts from the heritage of the brand, trying not only to adapt it to the contemporary but taking a large cue from what have been the silhouettes, the details, the colors and the spirit of the collections of the past.

The new Blumarine collection is like a 90s costume party, like a group of friends who gather under the flashing lights of a disco, beautiful and carefree, a mood accentuated by the presence of Chloe Cherry and Lila Moss.
