Return Policy

Returns cannot be made in our physical stores.

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can exchange the product or size within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Instructions

• Products must appear as new and show no signs of use. Warranty seals must be intact without any signs of tampering.

• The cost of the return is equivalent to the amount paid for initial shipping.

• Return shipping costs are free only for size exchanges (limited to 1 exchange).

• For sales outside Italy, size exchanges are not possible; instead, customers must request a refund and place a new order.

You can submit a return/exchange request directly from your Account under the “Orders” section of the website by clicking on “Return Request” and following all the instructions provided.

 

RETURN TERMS

• The warranty seal on returned items must be intact without any signs of tampering. Products must not have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use. Footwear must be in perfect condition without any marks, and the security tag on the soles and/or any other part of the shoes must be intact and not removed or altered in color or shape.

• Each item must be returned with all labels, warranty seals, packaging, and accessories received with the order.

• All footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged, altered, or used as the sole external packaging.

• Returns must be shipped inside the Deliberti box.

• In the case of defective items or shipping errors by Deliberti service srl, customers must follow the same instructions outlined above. Deliberti SRL reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

• Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and sent back to the customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed or if there are signs of use.

• Deliberti srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those shipped via couriers other than the one specified in the return instructions email. Acceptance of such returns will, however, incur a charge of 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.

• Deliberti srl will not accept returned items if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions of the return policy. In such cases, the merchandise will be sent back to the original shipping address.
