Shipping

Delivery in Italy is free for orders over €200 of non-discounted/promotional products.

As per Italian law, all shipments are accompanied by a receipt recorded in the sales register with prices in euros.

Items sold on promotion display both the original price and the promotional price.

SHIPPING COSTS:

• Italy: €10

• Europe (excluding European islands): €10

• European islands: €20

• Australia, Japan, Thailand, Canada, UK, China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, South Korea: €39

• United States: €15

For shipments to the USA with orders over $800, customs duties are borne by the customer.

 

SHIPPING DATE

Shipments are made Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday morning or the next available business day.

During promotional periods or national holidays, delivery may take longer.

AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES (excluding Saturday and Sunday):

• Italy: 2-3 days for major cities / 3-5 days for remote areas

• Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 days

• Australia: 2-3 days for major cities / 4-5 days for remote areas

• Europe: 1 day for major cities / 2-3 days for remote areas

• USA and Canada: 1-3 days, depending on the final destination
