For Europe and Non-EU Countries:

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can only return the product within 14 days from the delivery date. Size exchanges are NOT possible.

Return shipping costs, including import/export taxes (if applicable), are equivalent to the initial shipping costs.

For Italy:

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may exchange the size within 14 days of the delivery date.

The return shipping cost for orders within Italy is €10.
