Shipping policy
Delivery to Italy is free for orders above 200 euro of products not on sale/promotion.
As for italian laws all the shipments come with invoice with Euro prices.
Items sold in promotions shows original price and promo price.

For shipments to USA and for orders over $ 800, the cost of custom duties is charged to the customer
DATE OF SHIPMENT
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday morning or the first available working day.
During promo periods or due to national holidays delivery could require more days.

On average the order are delivered to customers as follows (Saturday and Sunday Excluded):
Italy: 2-3 days for major cities / 3-7 days for remote areas
Africa: 2-4 days Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 days
Australia and Oceania: 2-3 days for major cities / 4-5 days for remote areas
Europe: 1 day for major cities / 2-3 days for remote areas
South America: 3-4 days
USA and Canada: 1-3 days, according to the final destination
SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. All the orders received within 13:00 are delivered the same day. Order received after 13:00 are shippend the next working day.
If the delivery can't be made due to absence of customer the order risk to be sent back to us. In that case the customer will be deducted of delivery costs in case of refund request.
All the customers accept our ToC.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Shipments resposability are up to the customer as for italian law art.1550.
In case the product is lost, damaged or delivered to someone else the seller is not responsibile and the final customer needs to contact the shipment company for a claim.
If the delivery box is damaged or there's some missing box the customer can accept the delivery with a reserve and write it on delivery documents or refuse the delivery.
If the customer accept the damaged/box missing shipment without reporting it on the delivery documents nothing could be asked as claim to the shipment company.
