If the customer is not satisfied with his bought he can change product or size within 14 days from delivery date

Return Instructions
- Products have to appear as new and have not to show any sign of use. Warranty seals have to be intact without any sign of tampering.
If seals is not present please notify us once you request the return
- Before sending the goods the customer have to send an email to returns@deliberti.it and get an authorization code/approval within 14 days from delivery.
Shipments cost of unathorized returns are deducted from the final refund.
- Once authorized the customer will receive instructions via email or by phone.
- Return shipping costs are free only for size change. (limited to 1 change)

We will deduct return shipping costs from the total amount spent including import/export taxes (where applicable)

In case of order in EXTRA SALE
order outside Italy return cost are the same as the shipping cost duties on returns are not paid if the goods are shipped from the same destination country

Returns can't be done in our shops

For sales outside Italy, size changes are not possible, but it is necessary to request a refund and make a new order.

Customers can ask for the following services once the return items are received to our warehouse:
(Only first return shipment is free. if the customers is not satisfied with exchanged items he will have to pay delivery costs, both inbound and outbound for any further delivery after the first)

1) Size Change:
Customer may change size of the same article he bought, if available. Only one size change for each item bought will be free if previously authorized.

2) Refund:
Once the products return back at our warehouse they will be checked and if the test is passed the refund will be made within 14 days.
Refunds can only be made with the same method of payments.

If customer payed with a credit card that is expired after the delivery date, the refund will be made only after credit card transaction is validated.

Please carefully check credit card expiry date

Item returns have to be received no more than 10 days after rma@deliberti.zendesk.com authorized the return.

TERMS FOR RETURNS
- The warranty seal present on items that are returned must be intact without any sign of tampering. Products have not be worn, washed or altered, and must not show any sign of use. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind, the label / safety label affixed to the soles and / or in any other part of the shoes, ahve to be intact and not be removed or altered in color and shape.
- Each item must be returned with all labels and warrany seals, packaging and accessories, received along with the order.
- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
- Returns must be shipped inside the Deliberti box.
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or you may experience errors in shipments by the Deliberti service srl is required to follow the same instructions above. Deliberti service srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.
- Swimwear and intimate apparel (Bikini, briefs, boxers etc.) Must be tried on over underwear. The returns of such items will be refused and returned to the customer in the case where the transparent label of hygienic protection has been removed, or in the case in case of signs of use.
- Deliberti reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by courier other than the one indicated in the mail with return instructions. Acceptance of these returns, however, involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of goods returned.
- Deliberti service srl will not accept the returned goods should the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided for by the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the original shipping address.

Size changes can not be done outside Italy, but you can always return the product
