The Attico is preparing to take the plunge. With a post on Instagram, the designers Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini announced their debut on the catwalk during the next Milan fashion week.

It will be the first time for the two entrepreneurs, who launched the brand in 2016, a year after their meeting, “starting from a common love for glamor and stardust”, as reads on the label’s website. Excited and eagerly awaiting, they declare: “We have been waiting for this moment since the day we imagined The Attico. The time has come: The Attico Fashion Show is coming up in September 2023. We are thrilled to share this ‘milestone’ with you”. A strong believer in the project was also Remo Ruffini, president and CEO of Moncler, who in 2018 purchased a 49% stake in the brand through Archive, the company managed by Stefano Marcovaldi, current CEO of The Attico and controlled by Ruffini Partecipazioni Holding, the latter controlled in turn by Ruffini.

Giorgia from the Marches and born in 1987, Gilda from Naples in 1992: both trained in fashion and fashion design. Two strong and very different personalities define themselves as Yin and Yang, one reserved, the other exuberant. A perfect mix that reflects the style of The Attico, a ménage à trois of glamour, tailoring and street style. Beloved by celebrities from all over the world such as Dua Lipa, Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner, the Italian brand The Attico it doesn’t seem to stop its growth!
