For Italy:

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can exchange the product or size within 14 days from the delivery date. Return costs for orders in Italy are €8, or €10 for items purchased during an EXTRA SALE.

For Europe and Non-EU Countries:

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can exchange the product or size within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs, including import/export taxes (where applicable), will be deducted from the total amount spent. For orders placed during an EXTRA SALE, the return cost is the same as the original shipping cost. Duties on returns are not applicable if the goods are shipped from the same destination country.
